What helps you relax…

Life with Kaishon asked me if I’d like to take part in a new Tuesday’s feature hosted by Communal global. Of course, I would!

This week they’re asking: What helps you relax?

YOGA

I love yoga. I’ve been practising more or less regularly since I was around the age of 16. It keeps my body and my mind healthy and relaxed!

Now, if you’d like to take part head over to communal global and add your link

  1. I tried yoga in High School. My best friend and I took one look at each other and cracked up. (This was in the late 70’s…hard to admit. We had black ugly leotards.) We laughed so hard we never were able to get it together to learn yoga the right way. I would love to try it again!

  2. I love Yoga! I used to do it regularly when I was running half marathons and half my size! HA.
My last class at the gym, the lady was walking around and I could hear every step all over the room. It was….distracting… I have yet to go back and see if it is still the same. I KNOW I would enjoy it (minus the walking LOUD steps). 🙂

  3. What a wonderful picture…just looking at it relaxes me (as opposed to ACTUAL yoga, I’m afraid…which I’ve given a try a couple of different times…when it got to the ‘relaxing’ and blocking out your thoughts at the end of the sessions, I’d get stuck in my head with thoughts of reaaally having to pee…having imaginative arguments…and for the life of me, I just couldn’t focus on a relaxing colour when asked…instead I’d have flashes of orange, red and yellow shooting through my brain! LOL)
