This is one of my favourite dishes. As you will notice over time I love pasta in all variations. You can also enjoy this sauce with any other kinde of pasta, but I prefer it with spaghetti. The recipe is for 4 persons.
- 250 g gorgonzola cheese
- 250 g cream or milk
- 1 small onion
- 400 g spaghetti
- Put a pot with water for the spaghetti on the oven. Wait until the water is boiling, add the point of a knife of salt and the spaghetti. Leave to boil until the spaghetti are “al-dente” (~10 min.)
- While you wait for the water to boil dice the onion and the gorgonzola cheese into small pieces.
- Put the onion and a bit of olive oil in a second jar and stew. Add the cream/milk and the gorgonzola. Melt the cheese at low heat. You might want to season the sauce, but be careful, the cheese contains a lot of flavour.
- Wait until the spagetthi are ready.
- Serve while hot.
